Job Description

Are you a Consultant looking for your next role where you can help shape the futureWe are looking for Business Change Consultants to join our Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) Consulting Practice!Youll be passionate about helping clients exploit and maximise the value of technology within their business in areas such as business change, programme advisory, business process reimagining, governance, business cases or service improvement. As a BusinessChange Consultant, your focus will be to manage and to work within teams delivering alongside our clients, although you will also be required to support business and practice development.We primarily work in a technology-centric environment, in areas such as applications, cloud and infrastructure transformation and IT Service Management as well as the opportunities provided by the exploitation of emerging technologies such as RPA or AI.What youll be doing:

  • Working on digital assignment projects
  • Client engagement
  • Bridging the divide between the technical and business
  • You may have responsibility for leading small teams
  • Successfully deliver outputs in line with the agreed scope and timeframe to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute towards shaping, building and the delivery of successful outcomes for our clients whilst providing high-value, sustainable business for Sopra Steria
  • Youll identify, nurture and develop client relationships around your assignment and proactively look to support the identification and development of follow-on work with clients to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and additional revenue
  • Live the consulting-led culture by embracing and showcasing innovative, highly disruptive technologies that support new ways of working in a digital world
What youll bring:
  • Sound knowledge of the latest analysis tools and techniques and their application
  • Experience of Consulting
  • Demonstrable experience of working as a Senior business Analyst on large or complex programmes/ projects.
  • Has business analysis skills that are solution independent and transferable to many business scenarios
  • Be adaptable to working with clients preferred requirement management tools and methodologies.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest developments and future strategy for their area and contributes to the development of the strategy for their area.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of associated tools, techniques and methods within their specialist area.
  • Experience of ADS and/or Government sectors
