If successful, youll be working in both Account Management and Vetting, and full training will be provided.Were a small, friendly, and vibrant team. Account ManagementWorking closely with the team, you will manage and nurture a portfolio of your own existing members and provide exceptional service to them. It will be essential in this role that relationships with customers and clients are always kept strong and maintainedthat way to ensure maximum profitability for the business. You will also be taking calls in from members and policy owners, it will be necessary to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided while also aiming to attain your Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).VettingResponsible for conducting initial vetting of new sales, liaising with members and underwriters to ensure new members go live quickly while maintaining detailed, organized records.SKILLS:
