Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Senior Supervisor to join our client who is a growing manufacturing company based in the Lincolnshire area.THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS

Working days, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Free onsite parking

Pay up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

THE ROLE & DUTIES

Responsibility for allocation of duties and performance of all factory and warehouse staff.

Completion of production records.

Inventory management of raw materials and packaging in conjunction with other department.

Compliance with health and safety legislation.

Good housekeeping within the factory and warehouse areas.

Ensuring the correct storage of raw materials and finished product.

Liaising with the Engineering Team and Production Manager to ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of machinery and vehicles used within the factory.

Control of relevant Standard Operating Procedures and individual training records.

Identify training needs of workers within the factory and warehouse.

THE CANDIDATE

3 years’ experience in a Supervisor role in a production environment would be advantageous.

You will have excellent Excel knowledge and user experience.

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

An understanding of machinery and electronics.
