Job Description

Are you an experienced Fine Dining Manager with either Restaurant or Contract Catering (Hospitality) backgroundThe role:

  • Day to day management of a Fine Dining restaurant
  • To lead, motivate the existing team.
  • Overlooking reservations as well as hands on involvement.
  • Scheduling of staff and cost control
  • Day to day communication between the Front and the Back of House teams

    • The Ideal Candidate:
  • Min 2 year experience in a Fine Dining establishment in a Managerial Position.
  • A passionate individual towards excellent food and service standards.
  • High level wine and fine dining knowledge is a MUST.
  • Hands on and can do attitude.
  • Outgoing and warm personality.
  • Fluent in English languageboth oral and written.
    • The Package:
  • £45 000 on a pro rata basis - you willbe paid an approx. £20K for the 5 months long fixed term contract
  • 5 over 7 work pattern - incluging evenings;
  • An opportunity to move within the company/extend the role on a permanent basis (perfoermance based)
    • The Location:
  • East Sussex (own car might be necessary due to limited communications links in the area)
