Job Description

Milk Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a primary school that was rated as good recently by OFSTED.Were looking for candidates who are patient and nurturing and specifically someone who can help young children feel comfortable at school and be supportive of their needs.The ideal BSA for this role would be a person who has:

  • Experience of working with SEMH children/ Willingness to train
  • A warm and friendly personality
  • Emotional Resilience
  • A flexible and adaptable practitioner
