Job Description

An Applications Support person with experience of Ethernet, IT and IoT networks is sought by a successful engineering company to join a growing technical support teamResponsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering networking solutions for customers
  • Generate accurate and competitive sales quotations to meet the customers requirements.
  • Provide Applications Support for clients as required
  • Work closely with internal teams, helping to provide technical sales support where required.
  • Identify and investigate technical and product-related material and practices provided to keep up-to-date with the latest technology
  • Help to build close relations with customers and suppliers.
Skill requirements include:
  • A good understanding of computer networks especially IoT and Ethernet communications, preferably within an engineering environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of providing technical information to support bids, tenders and quotations
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Results driven and customer focused.
  • Works well in a team.
