The appointed Legal PA will be working collaboratively as part of a wider team to provide hands-on support to a number of fee earners. The rolehas arisen due to an upcoming project and will commence as soon as possible on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. The successful Legal PA will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks in order to support the wider business to include, but not limited to:

  • Paper and electronic filing
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Comprehensive diary management
  • Assisting with client queries
THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from confident and dependable PAs who have prior experience of working in a legal environment. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential in order to be successful in this role. Legal PAs with strong academics andwho are available to start immediately are particularly encouraged to apply.
