Job Description

Customer Service Advisor

  • Location: North Shields & South Shields
  • Salary: £22,000-£24,000 p/a (paid weekly)
  • Type: 25-35 hours per week (18th August to 2nd September)
Are you looking for work and are able to help out at either of the local colleges in North & South Shields during enrolment This is an easy way to earn some extra money between now and September!Main duties
  • Act as meet and greet, meeting visitors and directing them to the enrolment area
  • Act as points of contact located at different areas of the college to ensure people dont get lost walking from one area to the other.
  • Stand at exit point ensuring those leaving complete their feedback form
Requirements
  • Great attitude
  • Positivity
  • Willing to take an Enhanced DBS test due to being in a college setting
  • Ability to provide a reference contact from a previous job
