Job title:Customer AdvisorCompany:EEHours & Contract:Full Time Permanent(37.5 Hours)Salary: OTE £19,961 (£19,011 Basic + OTE Bonus)Location:North TynesideCall Centre (Cobalt Business Park)Start Date:22nd NovemberCustomer Advisor (Mobile Care)Youll be helping customers who are having problems with their services in Mobile Care or Broadband Technical. Each call can be very different. You might be helping people to understand their bills, getting them back online when their Wi-Fi has dropped,running diagnostics or talking them through our products and how to use them.Its not an easy job. There, we said it. Customers can be frustrated or angry that theyve lost theirconnection, or their bill is higher than expected.Soitll be your job to calm the situation, ease the tension and get the problem solved.We also uselots of differentsystemsso youll need tobe confident with technology.Youll need tobesomeone who is:

  • able to get on well with people
  • confident to have difficult conversations
  • respectful of other peoples point of view
  • not easily upset or offended by others
  • able to think quickly and be calm in stressful situations
  • genuinely motivated to helppeopleand solve problems
