Job Description

Business Analyst - HR Process & Systems. £55K + 25% Bonus + Benefits Package. London. Currently Remote Working / Flexible Working Once Restrictions Lifted. T6/MN/17936.Our global client is seeking to secure a Business Analyst with extensive experience of the HR process lifecycle from “Hire to Retire”. The HR Business Analyst - HR Process & Systems will be responsible for process mapping the full HR Lifecyle and Systems related application initiatives in the Back Office function. HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and knowledge of associated processes is expected. Experience Required:

  • HR Process Mapping - full lifecycle from “Hire to Retire” - this is key to the role.
  • HR Best Practices across HR processes & systems.
  • HR Data Governance mapping - identifying the quality of the HR data.
  • HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance knowledge.
  • HR Systems & related process implementations - ideally have exposure or experience of any of the following - Success Factors, Kronos Work Force Dimensions & Payroll system integration - HR systems experience training will be provided - the HR process lifecycle is the key experience required.
  • Ideally have Pan-European delivery experience.
  • Business Process design and documentation expertise.
  • Overseeing the delivery of incident & problem management and day to day support services.
  • Business Analysis and functional design of solutions - including gathering requirements and business process analysis & leading workshops.
  • Project Management - experience of managing small projects.
  • Third Parties - working closely with a Third-Party Application support team - holding them accountable for delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management - strong stakeholder engagement experience - this is key.
  • Collaborative Approach - work collaboratively & constructively challenge.
  • Communication - clear and concise communication across all levels of an organisation.
  • Task orientated - able to use your initiative.
  • Self-starter - able to manage and prioritise your own workload.
  • Delivery with a sense of urgency - combined with drive and energy.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and evolving business.
  • Facilitation and attention to detail.
