We offer an unrivalled location nestled in the heart of Tunbridge Wells in Kent and close to Sussex. We have21 courts comprising eight beautiful grass courts, nine artificial clay and four carefully maintained tarmac courts. Additionally, twelve of our courts are floodlit. We are a progressive and sociable club with a thriving adult and junior membership, offering regular mix-ins, coaching and internal competitionsfor all levels of members. We enter around 24 teams in the Kent and Maidstone Leagues, both in summer and winter and host various internal and external tournaments and junior match plays throughout the year. We are a CASC-registered club with around 1000 membersand a well-established coaching programme.The Clubs main income streams are from annual member subscriptions and our in-house group coaching programme.The Club employs a Director of Coaching, a bar manager, a groundsman and 2 part time administrators, as well as casual part time bar assistants. There are also 6 self-employed coaches and a number of junior coaching assistants.A Board of Directors sets policy and the strategic priorities for the Club in conjunction with the Manager.Purpose of RoleThe Club Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, promotion and development, and day to day management of the Club as a whole.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue generation
