Start Date: January Pay: Kent Range 3 St Augustines Catholic Primary School is lookingto appoint a term-time Teaching Assistant who is highlyskilled and enthusiastic to support a pupil on a one to one basis with somelearning needs (speech and language) and care for thispupil with a medical condition - Diabetes. Experience preferredbut not essential as training will be provided to ensure thatthe candidate recruited can support and manage the pupils medicalcondition. Please note that you may be required to provide cover in other areasof the school. All teaching assistants provide half an hour lunch cover daily.Daily hours: 8.55am to 3.25pm with half an hourlunch break. Please note that this post is for four days a week. Monday,Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You must have a good standard of English and Mathsand be able to communicate effectively with adults and children. You will beexpected to use your initiative and to contribute your ideas. We are lookingfor someone who enjoys working with children; works well as part of a team andhas a good sense of humour!
