Job Description

Talent DeveloperSalary: £35,000 paFull time and PermanentMonday-Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pmRole Purpose:Responsible for developing new and delivering existing leadership and management training programmes to a growing team of first line and middle-management population.Working within the Talent Development department, youll be experienced and familiar with both live and virtual facilitation, delivering a broad range of skills-related topics across a range of aspiring and experienced team leaders and managers.The successful candidate will have an engaging and dynamic approach to delivery and will build successful relationships through their credibility and positive approach to the role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative first line and middle-manager training across the different departments and businesses areas within the Group
  • Design/deliver training to support in-house leadership apprenticeship programmes
  • Create innovative content, support materials and activities in line with standards and branding.
  • Constantly seeking to improve the effectiveness of training by applying rigorous self-assessment and current best practice methods
  • Providing and maintaining accurate reports for internal and external audits
  • Undertake and document regular learner progress reviews, overseeing progression
  • Undertake assessment of learners work; providing constructive written feedback to support improvements
  • Undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by their line manager

Desirable Skills
  • Minimum 2 years management development and training delivery experience
  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent training/facilitation qualification
  • Experienced with both virtual and face to face training delivery
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering and supporting leadership level apprenticeships
  • Experience of assessing work to a high standard and in line with qualification requirement
