Job Description

We have a new and exciting Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Administrator opportunity available to join our Vermelo RPO business. We are seeking a self-starter who would enjoy working in a professional yet fun working environment with great support and development.We deliver Permanent, Contractor, Temp, Executive Search, and outsourcing services to our clients and have a great client base.With offices in Tunbridge Wells and London Bridge, we operate in a hybrid flexible working way so you will have a choice as to where you work. That means we work hard together to deliver great results thatwe can be proud of.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative and competent excel or reporting skills.Role Description:You will be a Talent Acquisition representative to our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) clients and provide administrative support for the Vermelo team and their contractors/temps.Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone screening of direct candidate applicants and responding to all unsuccessful candidates.
  • Coordination of interviews including booking in manager diaries and sending email confirmations to candidates.
  • Quality control of the Applicant Tracking System
  • Processing job offers on internal client software and ensuring correct candidate documentation is recorded.
  • Helping to post all vacancies to the correct internal and external channels to increase visibility
  • Sending out a daily client internal vacancy news update
  • Support the RPO team with Graduate programme recruitment
  • Run all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports using excel and PowerPoint to present the data after extracting it from the relevant systems
Key Skills and Knowledge:Essential Skills:
  • Intermediate to Expert Excel knowledge
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • High level of both written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience of the recruitment process
  • Knowledge of processes and legislation (AWR, IR35) around temp staff and/or contractors
