Job Description

We are looking for support workers like you! Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Support Workers to care for our service users living in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Borough Green, Edenbridge, Wadhurst and the surrounding areas of Kent. What will I do As a Support Worker, you will provide dedicated personalised care to our service users with a variety of daily living activities. You will provide support with personal care tasks, daily living activities, meal preparation, development of new skills and relationships and any other tasks required.It is essential that you have previous experience of providing care to service users with living with autism, physical or learning disabilities.   • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months previous care experience
  • Referee contact details for your current workplace, including a manager who can comment on your clinical ability, and for all employments in the past 3 years
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course in the last 12 months
  • Have access to a smart device, with internet access to manage your rotas
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory
