  • Problem-solving Pro: Put your troubleshooting skills to the test by identifying and addressing concerns promptly, collaborating closely with the Ward Manager to find effective solutions.
  • Support and Mentorship: Be a guiding light for our nursing team and students, offering support and mentorship to foster growth and development.
  • Delegation Wizard: Master the art of delegation, empowering team members to excel by assigning tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Decision-making Champion: Demonstrate your ability to make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Nursing Excellence: Provide personalized nursing care and procedures to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures at all times.
  • Team Player: Step up and tackle any additional duties delegated by the Ward Manager or team leader, contributing to the smooth running of the department and the well-being of our patients.
Who Were Seeking:
  • Nursing Experience: NMC registered with a clean PIN and at least 1 year of senior nursing experience, ideally with ward experience.
  • Communication: Showcase excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Leadership: Bring your strong leadership skills to the table, along with the ability to make autonomous decisions and drive positive change.
Working Hours:With 37.5 hours per week on internal rotation from Monday to Sunday, youll have the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact every day.Benefits:
