Sales Co-Ordinator Tunbridge Wells - up to £26,000! Are you passionate about animals and have a strong background in Customer Service Do you enjoy customer engagement and seek to deliver only exceptional Customer Service TN Recruits are working with a local family run supplier to find a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Co-Ordinator to support the daily operations for their thriving retail and delivery business areas. The role: Reporting into the Store Manager, the Sales Co-Ordinator will be responsible for processing customer orders, administration and data entry and assisting in driving sales, focusing on increasing profit and ensuring adherence to KIPs Day to day you will:* Migrate orders from the website and upload phone orders to the EPOS system* Plan efficient vehicle delivery schedules* Liaise with drivers for any route changes and customer updates as required* Carry out general administration and data entry* Identify and communicate any stock challenges / issues* Address and resolve customer enquiries effectively and efficiently* Ensure that the website reflects current offerings and upsells / cross-sells to increase basket spend* Ensure efficient deliveries and excellent customer service levels.The ideal person:* Experience in a similar Sales support role would be advantageous, however not necessary to the role.* Excellent customer service approach with strong communication skills at all levels* Ability to multi task, priortise effectively and work well under pressure in a busy environment* Excellent, confident telephone manner* Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prospering, friendly, supportive family business.
