Job Description

Based in Tunbridge Wells this position will be reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role of the Customer Tele-Sales Administrator Is vital in providing first class service to the customer base.Part of a small team, this role will be flexible and adaptable, providing cover for other team members as required.Principle Objectives:

  1. To provide outstanding customer service to existing and new customers
  2. To assist with general administrative duties as required.
  3. To work as an effective member of a small team.
Duties:
  • Manage Customer Enquiries received by Telephone and Email.
  • Log sales enquiries in Customer Relationship Management System and pro-actively follow up on the opportunities with customers to close sales.
  • Telephone existing accounts to ensure they are happy with the company and to look for opportunities to further grow sales.
  • Liaise with our manufacturing and purchasing teams to obtain supplier quotations for custom products.
  • Raise Customer Quotations in Sage 200
  • Process Customer Orders in SAGE 200 and send Order Acknowledgements to customers
  • Process card payments in Sage Pay
  • Obtain Shipping Quotes for overseas orders.
  • Liaise with our Warehouse on urgent orders and with our courier partners to resolve any customer delivery queries.
Skills / Experience
  • Previous telesales experience is essential
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team using own initiative
Hours of WorkAre Monday to Thursday 0830 -1700 and Fridays 0830 - 1430On site car parking available
