Role - Repairs Scheduler/PlannerLocation - Tunbridge WellsSevenoaks (soley office based)Hours - Monday to Friday between 8am to 5.30pm - 37 hours per weekDuration - 2 months possibly longerPay - £10.00 - £11.00 per hour - dependant on experienceI have a full time role working for a great company based in Tunbridge Wells. We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working in a fast paced scheduling/planning environment however this is not essential. This role is to essentially book, organise and schedule trades such as plumbers and gas engineers.We are looking for someone who is immediately available and has a passion for customer service and who is enthusiastic, flexible and hard working. We are looking for a positive candidate who can work on their own and can also work in a small team.The ideal candidate will be able to manage a busy work load and be able to work well under pressure. You will need to be computer literate and be able to pick up new systems.Duties will include-High levels of Customer Service to all customers-High levels of customer service to internal and external staff-Data Entry on internal and external systems.-Speaking with trades such as plumbers and gas engineers to book allocated work in.-Raising work orders for specialist trades such as electricians, lift specialists and many more-Manage a centralised inbox-Updating a work managment system
