Job Description

Regulations and Compliance ManagerPaddock Wood - rural location, own transport essential£30,000 - £45,000This role, joining a thriving contract laboratory specialising in flavours and fragrances, would suit candidates with an understanding of compliance and audit trailsThe role of Regulatory and Compliance Manager includes:-

  • Creating product specifications, data safety sheets and quality assurance documents
  • Working closely with the R&D team to obtain and track relevant information
  • Assist with customer queries and compliance questionnaires
  • Monitor supplier compliance with EU Food Legislation
  • Monitor legislation updates and action accordingly
  • Supervise the integration of regulatory documentation
To be considered for the role, an understanding or background in the following would be preferable:-
  • Knowledge of EU and international food legislation, or an ability to learn this
  • Excellent communication skills, dealing with internal departments and external suppliers and customers
  • Good understanding of safety data and hazard analysis
A background in food or flavourings regulations would be a definite advantage
