Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer (Education Recruitment)Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells, KentSalary: £23k to £25k basic (£30k to £35k OTE) + 27 days holiday + Excellent work environmentAre you looking for a new opportunity in recruitment with the potential for rapid growthDoes the opportunity to work in the Education sector and help make a difference with local schools excite youTerm Time Teachers are seeking a highly driven and proactive Resourcer to join our fantastic team in Tunbridge Wells.We are currently searching for motivated, organised, ambitious and results-driven individuals to join us. Your primary function will be identifying talented education professionals who can add value to our schools and assist them with their full registrationand compliance.This is a fantastic career opportunity for any graduate looking to excel in the education recruitment sector OR anyone with previous recruitment/sales experience interested in the Education Recruitment sector.With ongoing training and mentorship there is great scope for progression and professional development in this role and you will be joining a friendly, supportive and inclusive team.Essential Requirements:

  • Sales or retail background

Resourcer Role:
  • Proactively identifying and building relationships with suitable candidates (posting job adverts, applicant registration and transition through compliance, responding to applicant queries, sending invitations to interviews)
  • Supporting every candidate through the full on boarding process as efficiently, effectively and professionally as possible both via phone and face to face
  • Maintaining excellence in safeguarding with each registration
  • Upholding a high level of customer service at all times
