Job Description

With a personal skillset and set of experiences in the provisioning delivery of data and voice services, the role holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of new orders received by the company. Services will include:

  • Direct Internet Access
  • MPLS
  • Telephone System and Handset installations
  • Cloud hosted telephony solutions
  • WLR
  • DSL / FTTC / FTTP connectivity
    • Esential knowledge:
  • UK data network provisioning and support processes
  • SIP Trunking
  • Cloud Hosted Telephony
  • Broadband/ FTTC / FTTP
    • The suitable candidate:
  • Core understanding of steps required to deliver data connectivity within the UK.
  • Understanding of steps required to deploy both local and cloud hosted IP telephony solutions using internal and third-party engineers.
  • Confidently manage the delivery end to end ensuring appropriate resources and equipment are allocated as required within budget and time frame constraints
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful delivery of multiple product types
  • Effective prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Can demonstrate ability to adapt approach with customer/team in order so the objectives of the project/business to be achieved.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
