Job Description

An exciting temporary opportunity with an immediate start has arisen with one of my Clients to carry out inspections of internal and external communal areas of estates and ensure that health, safety and maintenance actions required are implemented.The role requires the individual to travel to various sites across East and West Kent, so the successful applicant will need a full driving license and access to a car.Client DetailsThe client are based in Tunbridge Wells.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • To attend estate walkabouts and resident meetings as required
  • Inspect communal areas for any damage, vandalism or graffiti and to ensure cleanliness is maintained to the required standards and report all repair issues
  • Liaise with neighbourhood Housing Managers to identify and carry out minor improvements
  • To visually inspect all communal areas
  • Take photographs when attending visits and then administer this afterwards
    • ProfileThe successful candidate will:
  • A full clean UK driving license- this is essential for the role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A willingness to work outside normal standard hours if the needs of the business demand this
  • The ability to work without direct supervision
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload
  • Be immediately available for work
