This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a housing service to local neighbourhoods in the West Kent area.The RoleTo support the Neighbourhoods Team Leader in providing services to tenants and neighbourhoods. To ensure properties and estates are well managed and maintained whilst managing a patch of properties in accordance with the policies and procedures of TCH including managing low level anti-social behaviour, tenancy management and estate and contract management. This role will cover a patch predominantly across the following areas: Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, Goudhurst, Lamberhurst, Sissinghurst, Benenden and Frittenden.ExperienceThe successful candidate will have experience of managing social housing and be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders face to face, in writing and on the telephone. They will also be able to demonstrable their achievements in improving services for customers and in motivating others to deliver excellent services.
