Do you love the idea of a small team feel but want the opportunities and progression that can be offered by a larger firm This fantastic Tunbridge Wells firm offer just that - they have a team of 5 based locally but arepart of a well-respected wider network of firms offering so much expertise.This Manager/Assistant Manager role will encompass reviewing VAT returns, accounts, tax returns and handle the full spectrum of client affairs for a portfolio of small companies and sole traders. You will be very client-facing and a key part of the relationshipwith one of their key and biggest clients - including a weekly visit to their offices.They offer hybrid working, 1 day per week from home, and are genuinely a really happy team with a lovely and inclusive office environment. They are looking for someone who is AAT qualified (or ACA/ACCA) with solid practice experience who wants to get stuck-into a review-based role!They have a fantastic track record of offering a lot of opportunities to their team and place a lot of emphasis on providing a tailored career path to those who are ambitious and looking to progress! The salary range on offer for this role is £30-40k dependingon experience.
