Our client are continuing an exciting journey of growth and this is an opportunity to work as part of the transaction services team to build ontheir successful work using HighQ as a collaboration platform to deliver corporate transactional work and in addition assist in the implementation of the document automation project.Your role will be to work with technology in delivering innovative value-add legal solutions to clients and employees. The role will be primarily focussed on collaboration solutions, task management and document automation.What Youll Be Doing Provide technical expertise in the creation of new automation solutionsDesign and implement automated document assembly solutionsWork collaboratively across internal teams including IT, Knowledge and Business DevelopmentContribute to building,updating and maintaining automated products and providing support including trouble shooting, managing user access, setting up security etcIdentify opportunities where automation technologies can assist with supporting internal clientsIdentify opportunitiesfor system enhancements and software upgrades allowing the firm to provide innovative solutionsEnsuring good relationships with software providers and internal clientsEstablish and deliver training sessions to facilitate the transfer of technical knowledgeto colleaguesBe aware of market trends and developments in the legal, automation and AI industries.Your Background And Skills An undergraduate law / computer sciences degree / equivalent education or experience Understanding of legal software and applied experience of implementing tools such as Clarilis, Contract Express, HighQ, HotDocs (preferred not mandatory) OR an understanding/experience of using project management workflow tools would also be beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and close attention to detailStrong collaboration skills, with an enthusiastic personalityAn innovative approach, with creative thinking and to be open to new ideas Ability to work with people across all levels of the firmExcellent presentation skillsA true team player.This exciting role offers remuneration of up to £24K plus 25 days holiday pa.
