Recruiting for a Learning Management Systems Co-OrdinatorJOB OVERVIEWThis role is responsible for the day to day management and coordination of our Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning resources/content.MAIN DUTIES

  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the LMS, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external queries.
  • Upload and maintain all digital learning available on the system, working closely with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the latest versions are rolled out to the firm as appropriate.
  • Scope, design and develop digital learning as required by the business, using the most appropriate medium.
  • Research and propose potential eLearning and content providers where required.
  • Support the Talent Development team with any training requiring technical support, such as streaming webinars and uploading videos.
  • Work with our LMS providers customer success team to help us meet our online learning objectives.
  • Collate and monitor feedback to improve the use of learning technologies.
  • Ensure that all learning technology processes are documented to ensure continual service delivery.
  • Support the Talent Development team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing and new technologies in use within the firm and support integration into the firm where appropriate through training and/or communications.
HOURS OF WORKNormal working hours are 36.25 hours per week, to be worked on such days and times as agreed with your line manager depending on the needs of the business. All staff are expected to work such additional hours as are reasonably required for the proper performanceof their duties.EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Able to demonstrate confidentiality and integrity
  • Experience within a professional environment
  • Experience to match the duties of the role
  • Generalist Learning & Development experience, particularly with an LMS
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A general level of education to include A-C grades at GCSE (or equivalent)
SKILLS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Methodical, accurate and well organised systems of working
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple task
  • Flexible, energetic and organised
  • Team player
  • Desirable but not essential ICT software skills: Articulate Rise and Storyline, Adobe Rush and Videoscribe
