A leading financial services busines based in Tunbridge Well, Kent, who are seeing significant growth are looking to hire a Lead Salesforce DeveloperYou will work in agile delivery teams leading the development and support of the new Salesforce powered customer platform using Service, Sales, Health and Marketing cloud.As part of the role you will drive the design, development and support of strategic customer platform, employing best practice in architecture, design, development and deployment. You will work within an agile team, adhering to Scrum or Kanban principles. Your focus will be on automation and code quality, working with automated release pipelines and automated test packs to ensure a highly efficient and quality product is shipped to our users and act as coach and mentor for junior members of Development teams. You will always promote continuous improvement both within specific technology areas and across the IT department.Essential Experience and Technical skillsPrevious development experience with Salesforce Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1Solid understanding of, and detailed experience with, Salesforce architecture and best practiceExperience with the following disciplines:Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)Writing well-documented code in Apex, Triggers, Lightning and Lightning Web ComponentsConfiguration and process automation such as Flows and Process builderIntegrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/asyncWhile having key attributes and technical ability are an absolute must, whats equally important are the right behaviours and be a strong believer in collaboration, being respectful, be empathetic and always willing to learn.
