  • You will be supported by a senior IT Consultant who has over 20 years’ experience in delivering a wide range of IT support, services and solutions.Youll be joining a close-knit small HQ team of 12 people with a wide array of business experience who support the business and their franchise owners.The Primary Focus in the first few monthsIn addition to standard office IT systems and administrative duties, the successful applicant will help guide and support the decommission of an internal server & replace a patchwork of cloud applications, legacy tools and paper based processes with one operating system for our entire business - Zoho One. This project is currently underway and you will be an important member, of the global IT team, in ensuring its successful delivery.Your day to day tasks will include:
  • Networking: Understand and be able to solve the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
  • Telephony: Assist with the administration and maintenance of a cloud based telephone system
  • Internal Systems: Assist in supporting corporate applications; internal corporate servers, user desktops, etc. Assist with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
  • IT Maintenance: Help install and improve computer software and network equipment.
  • User Administration: Create network and email accounts for new users and set up computers for new users.
  • Help Desk Administration including first line support, liaising with Microsoft and other vendors for online services, and interacting with franchise partners to resolve basic help desk issues as well as other IT support tasks.
  • IT Asset Management
  • Well prioritise those who have an IT-related degree which would enable you to add value quickly.Whilst the salary is not on the high side at £16,000, youll be joining a small team where peoples happiness and their development is key to the success of all.
