Our client is a leading IFA firm based in Kent. Established since 1992, currently the firm is comprised of c15 self- employed IFAs, mortgage and protection advisers and office-based support including qualified paraplanners and a technical manager who is a chartered financial planner (non- client-facing).The firm looks after more than £100mn for a broad range of private clients and SMEs.They are seeking exceptional Advisers who are looking for a long term opportunity with a ready made track to run on.Qualified advisers from any background, preferably with some sort of existing clientbase.Experienced, motivated & connected, self-starters, capable of writing their own business from their own client base &contacts on a self-employed basis.The net profit margin for the average IFA is less than 40% and 2 days a week are lost on "counting the paperclips". They have a great brand together with the investment proposition, the processes, support and IT to keep their advisers in front of clients 5 days a week. They pay 60% of all gross remuneration - subject to adherence to compliance KPIs - with none of the regulatory hassle.For example, they charge clients 1% per annum for their Portfolio Service meaning advisers receive 0.60% whilethe centralised team does most of thework-the adviser manages the clientrelationship and carries out the annual suitability assessments.What’s on offer:
