I am currently working in partnership with a fantastic company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells who specialise within the medical/pharmaceutical sector who are on a trajectory of growth! The company are well established with circa 30 employees who work with some of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies providing access to the most up to date, relevant and important industry news, developments, products, and services.The market has continued to grow, in part due to the needs of their clients, the pandemic and the development of an innovative service offering, unrivalled within the sector - to the extent that other agencies are clients! As a result of this continued growth, they are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to help grow and develop the platforms audience and reach.Within the role you will plan, develop, and implement strategies and campaigns to increase the subscriber audience and membership levels of the platform, develop new outreach channels and 3rd party relationships, guide and direct the internal marketing teams, whilst using your experience in the wider business - ensuring the delivery of both marketing and communications specific projects, aligned to the commercial activity.You will have a strong background within Digital Marketing, Communications and PR, alongside the ability to help manage, guide, and motivate teams - ideal from someone with excellent teambuilding abilities!
