Job Description

Grounds Maintenance SupervisorTunbridge Wells£30,000 + benefitsJoin a leading environmental consultancy and be forge a successful career in countryside management.A successful and growing ecological and countryside management consultancy are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to supervise in horticultural, agricultural, and landscaping projects. The client is an accredited branch of a leading environmental consultancy and therefore provides a fantastic opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to forge a lasting career within countryside management.Duties of a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Developing relationships with customers/clients;
  • Delivering contracts for Grounds Maintenance, Horticultural, Agricultural and Landscaping with accuracy in quality and time-management;
  • Utilising fencing knowledge to manage project delivery colleagues;
  • Developing business opportunities;
  • This role involves travel outside the South East.
    • The Successful Grounds Maintenance Supervisor MUST Have:
  • Proven experience in countryside management undertaking agricultural, horticultural or landscaping is essential;
  • A full, clean driving license;
  • Towing license (B&E);
  • Knowledge and experience in Vegetation Clearance, Fencing and Planting.
    • Desirable Qualifications for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor:
  • CSCS / SSTS;
  • CS30/31 or LANTRA equivalent;
  • PA1 / PA6 / PA2 or LANTRA equivalent;
  • Ride-on Mowers / Brushcutters;
  • Digger / Dumper;
  • Tractor and 3-point linkage.
