Employee Benefits Administrator £22,000 - 28,000 - Financial Services - Tunbridge Wells!TN Recruits have a fantastic new trainee position with a leading financial services consultancy, based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. A brilliant opportunity for a savvy, ambitious and enthusiastic Administrator, who is looking to kickstart their career in financial services and become an Employee Benefits Specialist. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and be part of a 2-3 year professional development program, completing your CII qualification. Upon successful completion of the program, youll have the choice of three roles, each offering a salary rangeof £40,000 to £60,000, with an OTE of £60,000 to £90,000!Key Responsibilities will include:* Providing exceptional customer support for corporate clients and their employees.* Creating new business proposals for Employee Benefit Consultants.* Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews, and strategy reports.* Developing the skills necessary to become a successful Consultant. About You:* Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping clients.* Strong desire to learn and pass appropriate exams.* Effective Interpersonal and communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).* Good GCSEs / A Levels (degree is desirable, but good A levels will also be considered).* Experience and qualifications in Financial Services and Health, risk, or insurance industry are a plus, but not essential.This is a company offering a real opportunity to embark on a rewarding journey where your potential for growth and success is limitless.
