I am recruiting for a healthcare company in Kent who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team, this role is due to expansion and comes with great career progression. Being a Digital Marketing Manager you will have a broad understandingof all the Digital methods, along with being a hands on person who can get stuck in and see a campaign through from start to finish. Due to the nature of the business you will need to come from a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or a publishing background.Main Duties:** Work with department head to establish processes & KPIs for paid social, email, PPC, SEM and deliver the marketing campaign plans that will grow the brand and meet acquisition and retention targets.** Work cross functionally; internally, and with external industry bodies and potential partners to build backlinks and potential recommendations and contra deals.** Implement the campaign marketing plans, utilise KPIs to measure and communicate effectiveness, to a variety of internal stakeholders.** Hands on approach that takes lead on tactical planning and enacting the marketing strategy.** Lead cross functional teams to develop and manage the marketing plans including bringing new ideas to the table and improving our digital presence.** Develop tactics to promote, grow and enhance the brand, and work with the Head of Audience Communications and Membership plus other internal stakeholders to periodically review & refine marketing strategy.What we need from you:** Experience in a publishing, pharma, educational, healthcare or scientific business and experience managing a team** Experience of working in a complex knowledge-based business with multiple propositions, and demonstrable track record in building a brand and delivering hard-hitting campaigns through effective communications and a mix of channels.** A good knowledge of Paid social, PPC and SEO** Experience of working in a multiple stakeholder environment and an understanding of how to manage and/or jointly develop the campaign and brand communications messages accordingly.** Experience of leading and developing a team to deliver objectives and stretching KPIs.** Experience with a wide range of digital marketing tools including email automation systems (Marketo or Hubspot) and paid social/SEM. Understanding of GDPR and associated best practices. Strong knowledge and self-sufficiency in the use of MS Office suite applications.This is a hybrid role which would require 3 days in the office and 2 working from home and a competitive package!
