  • Overseeing classrooms during teacher absences to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Offering guidance and support to students to help them excel in their tasks and assignments.
  • Addressing general inquiries and providing constructive feedback following lessons.
  • Collaborating with fellow educators to maintain consistency and support students with varying needs.
  • Contributing to student well-being and fostering a nurturing ethos within the school community.
Requirements:
  • Showcase a friendly and approachable demeanour, building strong connections with both students and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to form meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
