Job Description

SummaryOur client is a top Health Insurance provider, and they are embarking on a large-scale digital transformation.To formulate, scope and deliver business readiness activities to ensure the adoption of change, in order to maximise the benefit realisation of strategic business change initiatives and ensuring an effective and efficient customer and employee experience.About the role:

  • Accountable for the business change plan and leading the business change activity across the programme(s)
  • Define the business change approach and framework, including how the business will be engaged through the lifecycle of the project / programmes to ensure effective delivery
  • Work with the business to ensure that changes cause minimal disruption to BAU and that the business truly pulls’ the change into the business, providing coaching on change management to departmental managers to support effective change adoption
  • Responsible for ensuring a full change management assessment is undertaken including impacts on business processes, organisational structure, employee adoption
  • Responsible for ensuring a full impacted stakeholder analysis of the change is completed including the production of a Stakeholder RACI map and communications plan
  • Develops strategy and plan to support people engagement, maximising employee adoption of the change sharing leading thinking in change management practices to develop others and ensure an adoptive mindset
  • Responsible for leading change management activities to maximise delivery of benefits including smooth and timely adoption of change
  • Support the Executive Sponsor and Departmental Heads in the design, planning, communication, employee engagement and execution of any required organisational change
  • Responsible for ensuring comprehensive training and employee communication plan is in place and executed to support change adoption and new ways of working to ensure that change can be quickly embedded and the benefits realised
  • Specialist skills & experience
  • Trusted expert in change management leadership, with relevant change management qualification
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Expert in leading change impact analysis assessment, change readiness assessments, culture change techniques, change network management, stakeholder mapping and engagement and developing the vision and case for change
  • Experience of working with third parties
  • Understanding of project management activities across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Collaborates effectively and brings cross functional teams together to deliver the required business outcomes and ensures appropriate end to end testing of change delivery
  • Able to think strategically, challenging the status quo to ensure benefit realisation is achieved effectively
  • Experience of supporting organisational structural change
  • Be a proactive advocate for change
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, building effective relationships at all levels and experience of supporting and delivering end user training on changes being implemented
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation skills, coaching and mentoring skills
