Join our dynamic workforce as a Carpenter!Were looking for a Carpenter join our friendly Carpentry Team. Youll work on a mix of carpentry maintenance and refurbishment projects across our occupied and tenanted properties. Youll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and repair, equipment,and fixtures, ensuring that work is in accordance with relevant codes. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, door frames, window frames and other items using different types of materials. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Carpenter to work in cooperationwith other trades and labourers to ensure that all specifications, legislation and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project within budget. Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Essential Skills:
