Job Description

Bookkeeper with some Office Manager responsibilities required by interior design company based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent. We will consider both Full Time and Part Time Hours for this role as well as a Flexible Hours approach. Salary plus benefits negotiable depending on skills and experienceWe are a long-established Interior Design company with two local showrooms. We are now looking to recruit an experienced, highly organised person for this varied and interesting role, based in our Frant showroom.Primarily a bookkeeping and office administration role, the position also encompasses a number of other duties in our showroom and retail business. Day to day duties will involve updating job sheets, recording invoices, paying suppliers, invoicing and credit control. You will also support the owner with admin and management information.With previous experience in a similar role, you will have first class bookkeeping and administration skills, have the ability to form relationships quickly and be able to communicate with a wide range of people, both customers and other staff members. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word and Excel is a must, as is a friendly, outgoing personality, flexibility and a full driving licence.An interest in interior design would be desirable.Please apply with your CV and a covering note.We look forward to hearing from you.
