ASSISTANT MANAGER - Head Waiter required for a popular venue in the Tunbridge Wells countryside area.As ASSISTANT MANAGER - Head Waiter you will assist the Manager in the smooth day to day running of the restaurant, banqueting, weddings operations at this venue along with your team ensuring that guests are provided withthe best service. This role will require that you work Wednesday to Sunday inclusive. For the opportunity of ASSISTANT MANAGER - Head Waiter previous food & beverage service / wedding operations experience is required at an operational level in a fast paced environment. A hands on approach is essential. Training/ development of your team are very important factors to ensure standards are maintained and exceeded. Areas of work will include food and beverage service within the restaurant and the banqueting rooms.Salary for this role of ASSISTANT MANAGER - Head Waiter is given as up to £28,000+ basic / per annum / live in is available if required / plus a share of the tips.
