Waterfield House Surgeryare looking for ANP to enhance our team and help us further develop our philosophy of integrated multi-disciplinary working. We are a friendly semi-rural practice serving in the village of Pembury near Tunbridge Wells. Our list size is approximately 6200 patients. Our clinical team already comprises doctors, practice nurses, health care assistant and phlebotomist. We are looking to recruit ANP to complement our team and to provide oversight to our nursing team.We are interested in an individual who have advanced clinical skills, preferably prescribing qualifications with a general practice experience who will be able to help us provide a service for our patients minor ailments but enhanced with an understanding of how long term conditions can present acutely. This may be by face to face consultation, telephone consultation or home visit. Senior clinician support for this role is constantly available whenever needed but it is expected that you will have the skills to work independently.Depending on the background of the candidate, we would also be expecting candidate to do develop and maintain clinical protocols, annual reviews, triaging, review lab results and hospital letters.Hours and Salary: NegotiableWaterfield House Surgery reserves the right to close this job advert before the closing date.
