My client based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent are looking for an 2nd Line Support Analyst but would consider an experienced 1st liner ready to step into a 1st and 2nd line role.In return my client offers a salary of £29k-£32k + Training + Progression + Project Work + Good Benefits!Please note this role is 100% office based, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00 and offers no WFH. Role involves IT Helpdesk and application support to internal and external customer base, covering desktop/laptop, application software, bespoke software, MS Office 365, Teams, desk phones and mobiles.
