Whether the customer is looking for a specialist sat nav for their motorhome or truck, a dash cam, speed awareness device,cordless pressure washer for their garden or even an air purifier for their home or office, we have it covered!Job DescriptionBased in Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1SD. A part time role with flexible hours three days a week Monday, Tuesday plus one other to suit the successful candidate. Approximately 20 hours per week @ £10 per hour.The role includes:Order processingInputting orders onto our Sage accountancy packageIncoming sales callsMost of our sales calls are handled by a call centre or placed online. However, some customers require further confirmation of the features of our products before ordering and then place the order by phone.Low level technical support callsAguri products are relatively easy to set up and use but there are always questions and queries. We would expect the successful candidate to develop an in-depth knowledge of how all of the products in the range operate.
