We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established and reputable client, who are seeking a part time Office Manager to join the team in their Manchester office on a permanent basis.The Part Time Office Manager will be responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative and clerical tasks and supporting the business in event management and hospitality.Successful candidates will have a strong background in office management, purchase ledger & invoicing, health & safety, stock management and liaising with clients in a professional and proactive manner.The Part Time Office Manager will thrive in a fast paced role, where they will be capable of multitasking and prioritizing their own workload.The Part Time Office Manager will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, with excellent reward schemes and bonus structures in place in addition to a supportive employer with an employee first approach to business practices.RESPONSIBILITIESCo-ordinate the authorization of purchase ledger invoicingBranch responsibility for keeping local BCP up to date and performing regular tests.Branch responsibility for Health & Safety, ensuring the policy is observed.Stationery ordering / stock control.Finance document ordering and stock management, liaising with companyprovider(s).Processing new starter set up, access and hardware requests.Telephone systems management, ensuring suitable DR plan is in place and tested.Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, andequipment procurement.Facilities managementHouse keeping / office consumables.Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices (PATtesting/Electrical testing).PA to management team includes, travel, hospitality and meeting bookings.Event organisation (internal and external).Meet and Greet visitors at reception, ensuring hospitality arrangements are in place.Be the escalation point for any IT issues causing significant inconvenience to eitherindividuals or groups within the branch.Maintain a preferred list of suppliers and review and have approved on an annualbasis for all the contracts/services your branch use.Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered toMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMust have 1 years minimum in a PA role or similarMust have 2 years minimum in an office management roleMust have experience in H&S (ideally NEBOSH qualified, however not essential)Must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesMust have experience in events managementComputer literateStrong ability to plan and organizeAn interest in renewable energy would be advantageousMust be able to pass a credit check
