Reporting to the Senior Manager Accountant the ideal candidate will be AAT Level 4 Qualified | CIMA/ACCA Part qualified or QBE Assistant Management Accountant looking to join a growing company to further develop professionally in a great working environment.Responsibilities:* Compile and release monthly sales and margin financial data, adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Analyse variances and commercial aspects of sales and margin for assigned clients.* Take responsibility for addressing finance-related tasks identified during monthly analysis reviews.* Reconcile data with finance and reporting systems, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.* Present findings and proactive investigations to internal stakeholders, both financial and non-financial.* Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure comprehension of financial data, particularly sales, margin, and working capital.* Provide assistance for annual sales and margin budgets and reforecasts, collaborating with the broader finance team and account managers.* Create and review balance sheet reconciliations associated with your and your colleagues work.* Manage balance sheets within your responsibility, actively reducing aged items and supporting the wider finance department.* Facilitate the audit process by promptly and accurately addressing auditor requests.* Collaborate with account managers and directors to furnish customers with efficient, professional financial information, including ad-hoc reports.* Drive the ongoing development of the finance system and reports in coordination with ITExperience: * AAT Level 4 Qualified | CIMA/ACCA Part qualified or QBE * Stock experience and understanding of margins and costs is a MUST* Have previous experience in commercial analysis and reporting* Have excellent attention to details & the ability to prioritise, multitask and commitment to meet reporting deadlines.* Good systems knowledge is key as this role involves working closely with IT to develop finance systems and report building.* Hands-on, detail focused and organised with ability to work to deadlines* Quick learner, able to hit the ground running* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills The Ideal candidates will be a commercially driven Assistant Management Accountant as well as being dynamic and highly analysis focused.This role comes with an excellent benefits package as well as a platform to elevate your career within a global market leading company.
