Job Description

This long established law firm are looking for a legal secretary to work in their Totnes office.You will work across three departments and need to be organised, friendly and willing to learn new skills. You will have previous legal secretarial experience.The Role:

  • You will welcome all clients and visitors to the offices;
  • process incoming telephone calls;
  • provide telephone support to all departments;
  • provide admin and secretarial support.
  • You will be proficient in MS Office and have strong admin and keyboard skills. You should be able to work as part of a team as well as individually and have a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.This is a full time permanent position and the firm are offering a market rate salary dependent on experience.
