Job Description

£28k Pro Rata | FTC 6 Months | Hybrid with access to TotnesOur client, a charity, supporting a range of educational, social and environmental endeavours are seeking an experienced Contracts and Compliance Officer on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.This is an ideal role for a contract and compliance professional with experience of working within a contracting and compliance function to join an exciting organisation and a friendly, dynamic team.Contracts and Compliance Officer responsibilities include: -

  • Support the development, implementation and improvement of the companys systems and processes
  • Oversea all contractual processes including contract negotiation and renewals
  • Responsibility for external contract management processes, supporting colleagues to manage suppliers KPIs and ensuring relationships are maintained
  • Line management of a small team
Contracts and Compliance Officer requirements include: -
  • Knowledge and experience in contract and compliance management or similar
  • Confident to work proactively with both internal and external colleagues
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, ensuring deadlines are met are essential, as well as excellent time management
  • Ability to work as part of a team, computer literacy and numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
