Job Description

This could be the perfect position for you! We are seeking Support Workers to give motivated and dedicated care for our service users living in Torquay, Teignmouth, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Dawlish and the surrounding areas.If you have a NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or currently work in a supporting job you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.Whats in it for you

    • Become a Newcross Support Worker As a Support Worker your responsibilities will include; assisting with person-centred daily tasks, helping with clinical requirements, social activities and any other additional services that will enable dignified and independent living.It is highly desirable that candidates are calm and confident caring for service users living with physical and learning disabilities.Requirements
  • The desire to work in a team to better the lives of service users
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 months previous care experience
  • Certification in practical Moving & Handling course in the last 12 months
  • Access to a smart device with internet to manage rotas via the Health Force Go app
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory
