Job DescriptionService Care Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Torquay. The site is a specialist residential service that provides high quality and personalised support to adults with complex needs including Epilepsy, AcquiredBrain Injuries, Physical Disabilities and Mild Learning Disabilities.About UsService Care Solutions is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to those in need, providing staff to over 40 NHS Trusts nationwide.   • Provide compassionate care to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Supporting patients and encouraging them to engage with others in their daily activities
  • Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date
  • Provide wide-ranging patient care within a broader team and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in training to enhance and develop your skills
Requirements
  • 6 months UK experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
  • Ability to work within a larger team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Always showing an empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care
