Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our M&E Division based Devon.Location: NEWTON ABBOT, DEVON.Contract: Permanent, Full Time.What will you be responsible forAre you looking for the next step in youre career As a Senior QS youll be working within the M&E Division delivering a key M.O.J Project.Your day to day will include:

  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
What are we looking forThis role of Senior QSis great for you if:
  • Experience from a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
