Do you want to change lives As a Registered Nurse in Teignmouth, Torquay and the surrounds, youll oversee the clinical and emotional care of individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own home, ensuring that they live an independent and fulfilling life. Youll be supporting a lady with various complex care needs in her own home for 4 hours a day from 8am to 12pm. Youll be responsible for assisting with Bipap and cough assist, wound care, bowel care, manual evacuation. Without nurses like you, these individuals may live their lives in a specialist unit, away from their family and friends.Your decision-making skills will be second to none, and youll be able to lead a care of healthcare staff to work together for the best possible outcome at all times.
